What is partner access?
It lets another business, such as your agency, work on specific assets in your Business Manager using its own business portfolio. You choose which assets and which tasks, and you can remove it at any time.
Why not just add the agency’s people as admins?
Admins have full control, including the power to remove you. Partner access gives the agency what it needs to work while ownership stays with your business.
Our agency created our ad account. Who owns it?
Often the agency does, if it was created from their Business Manager. We check ownership and explain the options, including asking the agency to share or hand over what Meta allows.
We are an agency. Can you set this up for our clients?
Yes. The Total package builds a client-owned Business Manager for each client and gives your agency partner access, so every client relationship is clean from the start.
Can the agency see our billing?
Only if you give them that permission. Ad account access and billing permissions are separate, and we set them the way you choose.
How do we remove an agency later?
In your business settings, under Partners, you select the agency and remove it. Our handover note shows the exact steps for your setup.
